(Romans 12:2) We can either choose to conform to the circumstance around us and the issues in us, or we change refuse to conform and change the circumstances and issues by the power of the Holy Spirit. How sad would it have been if God chose to conform to the situation after mankind fell? We would have all been doomed. Pastor Daniel Park. God is calling us to shift focus.
(Romans 4:19): “Abraham didn't focus on his own impotence and say, ‘It's hopeless. This hundred-year-old body could never father a child.’ Nor did he survey Sarah's decades of infertility and give up.” (Message)
(Romans 4:20-21): “Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised.” (NIV)
Abraham = Father of faith (Romans 4:12) & Blessed in every way (Genesis 24:1)
How did Abraham get off course?
Abraham was focused on what he apparently didn’t have
Abraham was focused on who he apparently didn’t seem to be.
That negativity activated fear and insecurity
Fear and insecurity pushed him into the flesh and he made a mistake.
The Lord is calling us to: SHIFT FOCUS
1. Shift from focusing on WHAT we apparently don’t have, to WHAT we actually do have in Christ!
***(Turn to Acts 3:1-10)
(See Exodus 12:35-36)
(John 6:5-9): When Jesus looked up and saw a great crowd coming
toward him, he said to Philip, "Where shall we buy bread for these people to eat?" He asked this only to test him, for he already had in mind what he was going to do. Philip answered him, "Eight months' wages would not buy enough bread for each one to have a bite!" Another of his disciples, Andrew, Simon Peter's brother, spoke up, "Here is a boy with five small barley loaves and two small fish, but how far will they go among so many?"
2. Shift from focusing on WHO we apparently don’t seem to be, to WHO actually we are according to God’s Word/Promises.
(Revelation 12:10): Satan is the “accuser of the brethren.”
Apparently I am: Not perfect and have issues
Eternally I am: The righteousness of God in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:21) and more than a conquerer (Romans 8:37)

(1 Timothy 4:12): “Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity.
(2 Corinthians 5:7): “We walk by faith and not by sight.”
3. Shift from focusing on the measure of our love for God, to the measure of God’s love for us
(John 8:32): “...truth shall set you free”
(2 Corinthians 5:14): “The love of Christ compels us...”
(1 John 4:19): “we love because He first loved us...”

Pastor Daniel Park. The message of the cross is the power of God (1 Corinthians 1:18). The reason we lack the power of God on our lives, is because we lack the message of the cross in our hearts. A huge aspect of the message of the cross is: God came into a blood covenant with man- that blood covenant is also called the New Covenant. Does that mean anything to you? It means very little if you don't understand the meaning of covenant and the depth of the blood covenant. This message is geared towards equipping us with understanding that we are in covenant with God. That covenant changes everything! But, you can't take advantage of it if you don't understand it. If we understand that powerful reality: fear will go, and faith will come; curses will break, and blessings will manifest; and we will live victorious. Let the Holy Spirit speak to you and open your eyes about the Covenant Message of the Cross.

Sing and make music in your heart to the Lord, always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.” (Ephesians 5:18-20).

What is the Prophetic Anointing?
It is the ability to hear from God, see into the spiritual realm, know what’s on God’s heart and mind, receive revelation, speak for God, and to encounter God in a personal way.
A lifestyle of Worship also releases:
4) Prophetic Encounters: Encounters with God like the prophets had.
“(Isaiah said) My eyes have seen the King” (Isaiah 6:5)
5) The Prophetic Anointing: Ability to do what the prophets did.
Elisha said, ‘Bring me a harpist.’ While the harpist played the hand of the Lord came upon Elisha, and he said, “this is what the Lord says…” (2 Kings 3:16-17a)
6) Prophetic Revelation: Supernatural insight into God and life.
“And having been warned by God in a dream not to return to Herod, the magi left for their own country by another way.” (Matthew 2:12)
“Where there is no (prophetic) revelation, the people cast off restraint…” (Proverbs 29:18)
7) Intimacy with God:
“That night God appeared to Solomon and said to him, "Ask for whatever you want me to give you." (2 Chronicles 1:17)
“In the LORD's presence Solomon went to the bronze altar in front of the tent of meeting and sacrificed 1,000 burnt offerings on it.” (2 Chronicle 1:6)
“Through Him then, let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that give thanks to His name.” (Hebrews 13:15)
What happens when we lose our lifestyle of worship: (2 Kings 1-11)
1) Unnecessary Warfare
2) Soul ties with darkness
3) Fall into Idolatry
4) Lose what we worked so hard for
“Is anyone among you suffering? Then he must pray. Is anyone cheerful? He is to sing praises.” (James 5:13)

4 Promises for those Living in Unity and Love:
1) “oil” = the ANOINTING or power of God (Psalm 133:2)
2) “dew” = the PRESENCE of God (Psalm 133:3)
3) “the blessings” (Psalm 133:3) * ALL THE BLESSINGS!
4) Evangelism = Souls being saved (John 17:13)
Jesus prayed: “…that they may be perfected in unity, so that the
world may know that You sent Me, and love them, even as You have
loved me.” (John 17:13)
2 Ways Satan will Attack our Unity and Love:
1) Through OFFENSE (having our feelings hurt)
• Before you can receive a greater anointing, you need to
pass the TEST of OFFENSE. (2 Kings 2) (Acts 1&2)
• We MUST not be led by our hurt feelings
“…because those who are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons
(daughters) of God” (Romans 8:14)
• Every Christian is called to fellowship and ministry!
“We loved you so much that we were delighted to share with you not
only the gospel of God but our lives as well, because you had become
so dear to us.” (1 Thess. 2:8)
• Who are you pouring your saved life into?
“For what is our hope or joy or crown of boasting before our Lord
Jesus at his coming? Is it not you?” (1 Thess. 2:19)
• What was Paul’s thorn in the flesh? (2 Cor. 12)
What should we do when we are offended? (2 Cor. 12:8)
1) Acknowledge that tough, thorny, demonized people
strengthen our HUMILITY (2 Cor. 12:7)
2) Talk to Jesus about them (2 Cor. 12:8)
3) Let Jesus talk to you about His grace (2 Cor 12:9)
“…don’t let the sun go down on your anger” (Eph. 4:26)
2) Through BITTERNESS (holding a grudge)
5 Destructive Effects of Bitterness: (Acts 8)
1) We open the door to many other sins
(Acts 8:23): “…captive to sin.”
• (Nehemiah 8:10): “The joy of the Lord is our strength”
• (1 John 2:11): “But whoever hates his brother is in the
darkness and walks around in the darkness; he does not know
where he is going, because the darkness has blinded him
• (Hebrews 12:15) “See to it that no one misses the grace of
God and that no bitter root grows up to cause trouble and
defile many.”
2) We will have a hard time understanding GRACE
(Acts 8:18): “he offered them money…”
3) We will have passion with impure MOTIVATIONS
(Acts 8:21): “your heart is not right with God…”
4) We SPIRIT-proof our hearts
(Acts 8:21): “You will have no part or share in this ministry…”
(2 Timothy 3:7): “Always learning but never able to come to
the knowledge of the truth.”
5) We will have suffering PRAYER LIFE
(Acts 8:24): “you pray for me (Simon)…”
BITTER? NOW WHAT? (Acts 8:22): “Repent…pray to the Lord”
